THE SWEETEST GIRL IN LARDERO

Last week we visited a famous cake shop in Lardero: “Mi Dulce Favorito” or “My Favourite Sweet” in English,  and this is what the owner told us about it.

GMTW-When did you open the bakery?
Bakery-In july 2014.

GMTW-What was the first cake you made?
Bakery-One with a very pretty owl.

GMTW-Why did you want to create the bakery?
Bakery-Because I always liked making cakes.

GMTW-At what age did you start working on the site?
Bakery-40 years, although I started from very small.

GMTW-Do you work by yourself or with others?
Bakery-More people during the weekend.

GMTW-Is it hard to make cakes?
Bakery-Yes a lot, because they are very elaborate cakes.

GMTW-How many orders do you usually have a week?
Bakery-Between 7 to 8 cakes, or more.

GMTW-Do you do the same things they ask customers when developing the work?
Bakery- Yes, I do what they tell me or leave me free to do so.

GMTW- Do you love your job? Why?
Bakery-Yes, I do because I develop my creativity.

GMTW-Do you think the pastry will become a local family?
Bakery-Yes, I do.
