"Aquí he tenido que acostumbrarme a vivir más despacio"

El día de hoy vamos a conocer a un joven profesor nativo que imparte clases en el centro Santa María Marianistas.

 

PRIMERA PREGUNTA

Q- Can you introduce yourself?

A- Sure! My name is Nate White I’m from Kentucky, United States and I’m 23 years old.

P- ¿Puedes presentarte?

R- ¡Claro! Me llamo Nate White soy de Kentucky, Estados Unidos y tengo 23 años.

 

SEGUNDA PREGUNTA

Q- What do you like the most of Spain?

A- I really like the quality of life, here is very high and the people is very friendly and nice.

P- ¿Qué es lo que más te gusta de España?

R- Me gusta mucho la calidad de vida, aquí es muy alta, además la gente es muy amigable y divertida.

 

TERCERA PREGUNTA

Q- Witch aspects are different between your native country and here?

A- In Kentucky the lifestyle is very fast and here I have has to get used to live slower, and finally I have realized that this way of life is better.

P- ¿Qué aspectos son diferentes entre Estados Unidos y España?

R- En Kentucky el modo de vida es muy rápido y aquí he tenido que acostumbrarme a vivir más despacio, y al final me he dado cuenta de que este modo de vida es mejor.

 

CUARTA PREGUNTA

Q- What do you like the most of your job?

A- To get to know the students and having fun with them.

P- ¿Qué es lo que más te gusta de tu trabajo?

R- Poder llegar a conocer a los alumnos y divertirme con ellos.

 

QUINTA PREGUNTA

Q- How long will you stay here? Will you return?

A- I will stay here at least until the end of the school course and y will probably comeback to Spain to definitely settle down in Logroño.

P- ¿Cuánto tiempo estarás aquí? ¿Volverás?

R- Estaré aquí por lo menos hasta final de curso y después volveré para establecerme definitivamente en Logroño.

 

SEXTA PREGUNTA

Q- Witch piece of advice would you give to those who like to be a native Spanish speaker teacher?

A- My advice would be to make the most of every moment with the students and be opened to other cultures without comparing and thinking witch one is better.

P- ¿Qué consejos le darías a alguien que quiere ser profesor nativo en Estados Unidos?

R- Mi consejo seria que aprovechen cada momento con los alumnos y que estén abiertos a conocer otras culturas sin compararlas con la tuya ni pensando que es mejor.
